In this episode we discuss how to rebound in the days after a bodybuilding show. Neale and Robbie look at all aspects of the rebound from eating to training right through to anabolic use post show. This is one of the most important things for a bodybuilder to get right and if done incorrectly can have a detrimental effect of your health and future performance.
